This handbook was developed to guide and help SDOs manage the implementation of the WinS program. In particular, the handbook aims to (1) strengthen the capability as a Schools Division Office to help schools in implementing the WinS Program to achieve learning and health outcomes, (2) sustain the gains of the program, and (3)attain the “Seal of Excellence” as an SDO.
